Rick Pleczko, Chairman, President and CEO
Rick Pleczko is the president and CEO and co-founder of BBS Technologies. Prior to BBS Technologies, Mr. Pleczko held senior executive positions in a number of leading software companies including LBMS, Platinum Technology, Mission Critical Software, and most recently NetIQ Corporation, a leading provider of enterprise systems and security management solutions where he served as senior vice president of worldwide marketing. A 25+ year veteran of the systems and database management software industry Mr. Pleczko has held positions ranging from software engineer and DBA to CEO.

John Thornton, General Partner, Austin Ventures
John Thornton is a general partner at Austin Ventures and has been with them since 1991. He is actively involved in managing the firm's overall operations and focuses on software investing. Previously, Mr. Thornton was with McKinsey & Co., where he served clients in the U.S. and Europe . He has worked with companies such as Active Power, Dazel, Metasolv, Mission Critical, Vignette, Motive, Pentasafe, and Waveset. Mr. Thornton received his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and his BA summa cum laude from Trinity University , where he graduated first in his class. He is a founding board member of the Austin Entrepreneur's Foundation and a trustee of Trinity University and the Austin Museum of Art. |

Michael S. Bennett, President & CEO Solarwinds
Michael S. Bennett is chief executive officer and president of SolarWinds, a leader in network management software. A 30-year veteran in the network and systems management industry, Michael has successfully led a number of private and public high-tech companies as CEO, including Mission Critical Software until its acquisition by NetIQ Corporation in 2000, Learmonth & Burchett Management Systems and Summagraphics. As a venture partner at Austin Ventures, Michael co-founded AlterPoint in 2001, a leading provider of intelligent network change and configuration management solutions. Most recently, Michael was president and CEO of Permeo Technologies Inc., a leading provider of on-demand information security solutions, from March 2004 until its acquisition by Blue Coat Systems in April 2006. Michael was the recipient of the 2000 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award in the communications and software category.

Mike Rovner, Partner Austin Ventures
Mike Rovner is a Partner at Austin Ventures which he joined in September 2000. He is a stage agnostic investor with a broad range of experience in startup formation, corporate spinouts, and growth equity. In addition to helping lead the firm's financial services initiative Mike focuses on financial technology, information and business services, and enterprise software. Prior to joining Austin Ventures, Mike led business development and mergers and acquisitions for Mission Critical Software, which went public in 1999 and later merged with NetIQ. Earlier in his career Mike served as a management consultant to FedEx Global Logistics and Electronic Commerce. Before this he held executive management positions with Stanford Technology Group (acquired by Informix) and Empart Technology (acquired by ARI Network Services), where he was a founder. Mr. Rovner received his BA from the University of California at Los Angeles.

Keith Kreuer
Keith Kreuer has over 22 years of experience building software and services companies. Mr. Kreuer was a co-founder of PentaSafe Security Technologies where his most recent position was director of global services. Prior to PentaSafe, Mr. Kreuer was president and CEO of Penta, Inc., a Houston-based applications development and systems integration firm that he co-founded in 1991 and COO at VeriCenter Inc, a Houston-based Managed Service Provider. He has also held management positions at Ernst and Young, Generator Systems and Exxon USA . Mr. Kreuer serves on the Board of Directors of Target Hunger and is a charter member of the IT advisory committee for North Harris Community College.

Mike Clark
Mike Clark, has extensive experience as an early stage entrepreneur. Mr. Clark co-founded PointSecure, Inc. where he served as the company's chief executive officer and vice president of business development. Prior to PointSecure, Mr. Clark co-founded PentaSafe Security Technologies, Inc. where he served as vice president. His duties included strategic planning, sales management, partnership development, and strategic acquisition identification. Mr. Clark was named a finalist in the 1999 Ernst & Young "Entrepreneur of the Year" awards program. Prior to PentaSafe, Mr. Clark was a sales executive with BindView Development Corporation, a Houston-based systems management software company.

Rod Endo, Secretary
Rod Endo is a co-founder of BBS Technologies. Prior to BBS Technologies, he was a co-founder of PointSecure, Inc. where he performed various roles within the company's business, including CEO and COO . Prior to PointSecure, Mr. Endo worked as a senior financial analyst for Compaq Computer Corporation and was responsible for the management and oversight of the Compaq's OEM relationships. Prior to Compaq, Mr. Endo held various positions in product marketing and business development. Mr. Endo has also performed gene therapy research at Scripps Research Institute.
