Rick Pleczko, President and Chief Executive Officer
Rick Pleczko is the president, CEO and co-founder of BBS Technologies. Prior to BBS Technologies, Rick held senior executive positions in a number of leading software companies including LBMS, Platinum Technology, Mission Critical Software, and most recently NetIQ Corporation, a leading provider of enterprise systems and security management solutions, where he served as executive vice president of worldwide marketing. A 25+ year veteran of the systems and database management software industry, Rick has held positions ranging from software engineer and DBA to CEO. |

York Richards, Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, York Richards brings over 15 years experience in corporate finance, strategic planning and management to BBS Technologies. Prior to joining BBS Technologies, York managed the development and execution of the Sarbanes-Oxley compliance program at BMC software. Prior to Joining BMC, York held a number of senior financial management positions, including Director of Finance for NetIQ Corporation, Controller for PentaSafe Security Technologies and Senior Auditor at Price Waterhouse Coopers. |

James Legg, Vice President, Worldwide Sales
Jim Legg is responsible for Worldwide sales at BBS Technologies. With over 20 years of sales management experience, Jim has proven expertise in building and growing highly efficient sales operations. Prior to joining Idera Jim was Vice President of Sales at NetIQ Corporation and PentaSafe Security Technologies where he generated over 900% revenue growth in five years. Prior to PentaSafe Jim served as the Director of Sales at Peregrine Systems and BMC Software. Jim attended the University of Denver and continued graduate studies at the University of Michigan. |

Rod Endo, Vice President, Idera Division
Rod Endo is responsible for product strategy, management, research and development for the Idera portfolio of Windows Systems management products. Rod is a co-founder of BBS Technologies. Prior to BBS Technologies, he founded PointSecure a security software company where he served as CEO and COO. Prior to PointSecure, Rod served as a senior financial analyst for Compaq Computer Corporation and was responsible for the management and oversight of OEM relationships. Prior to Compaq, Rod held various positions in product marketing and business development. Rod has also performed gene therapy research at Scripps Research Institute. |

David Wartell, Vice President, R1Soft Division
David Wartell is responsible for product strategy, management, research and development for the R1Soft portfolio of Linux and Windows Systems management products. Prior to joining BBS Technologies, David founded Righteous Software Inc. where he served as President and CEO, developing the industry leading R1Soft Continuous Data Protection product for Linux Servers. David has over 10 years experience in software development and Internet infrastructure management. Before founding R1Soft David served as the Senior Network Engineer for hosting providers EV1 and The Planet where he was responsible for one of the world’s largest networks, supporting over 20,000 Linux and Windows servers and over 25 Gigabits of Internet connectivity. |

Anne Tawney, Vice President, Marketing
Anne Tawney is responsible for brand strategy and demand generation. With extensive experience in both consumer and technology marketing, Anne has developed an innate ability to take core business competencies and translate them into revenue generating programs using voice of the consumer brand marketing. Prior to joining BBS Technologies, she served as Senior Vice President of Marketing, Jiffy Lube International, a subsidiary of Shell Oil, where she was responsible for strategic branding and profitable customer growth. Anne has held a number of executive and senior marketing posts with leading consumer brand companies including: Blockbuster Entertainment; Burger King Corporation and Coca-Cola. Anne began her career with J. Walter Thompson Advertising. |

Nick Futter, Vice President, Channel Development
Nick Futter is responsible for developing channel partner and OEM relationships. Nick has over 20 years experience in the technology industry, most recently serving as Vice President of Channel Sales at SurfControl. Previously, Nick was Vice President of Sales at publicly-traded EBIZ Enterprises. Nick also co-founded JBSi, a Unix software and hardware provider, where he served as Vice President of Sales. Nick graduated in Business Studies from Hallam University in England. |
